Strategic Services
The department is staffed by a Senior Manager: Strategic Services and a Senior Administrative Officer: Strategic Services.
The department strives to provide an efficient and pro-active strategic service to the Council, the Municipal Manager and the Organisation which includes the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Organisational Performance Management.
