The South African Weather Service (SAWS) warned that wet, windy and very cold conditions are expected on Sunday, 7 July 2024 in the Overstrand.

Levels 4 and 6 weather warnings have been issued for damaging coastal wind and waves in the Western Cape. Difficult driving conditions, flooding, rough seas, and fallen trees are a possibility.

Overstrand Municipality’s Disaster Management is on full alert.
