A local author from Hermanus, Dr Eleanor Damon, has paid it forward by donating two of her books to the Hermanus Library.
The books are Teaching: A noble calling and Woorde wat vry maak – kortverhale van hoop (short stories of hope). Library assistant, Deidré April (right), is pictured here with the former teacher.
