Matrics encouraged to utilise libraries to study

With matric examinations beginning on Monday, Overstrand Libraries are stepping up to assist matriculants in their final preparations.

They offer not only learning materials but also safe and quiet spaces that are ideal for studying.

Additionally, the libraries provide internet access to learners who may not otherwise have it.

Overstrand Executive Mayor, Dr Annelie Rabie, stated that examinations can be incredibly stressful, and the Municipality is committed to providing support and a conducive environment for study. She praised the efforts of the library staff in this initiative.

Library hours are from 09:30 – 17:00 Mondays to Thursdays and 09:00 – 16:30 on Fridays.
