Pay Traffic Fines

PAY TRAFFIC AND MUNICIPAL RELATED COURT FINES HERE:

Traffic and Non-traffic violation fines may be paid at the cashiers at the Overstrand Traffic Department in Hermanus, Additional Court for Municipal Matters, and the municipal offices in Kleinmond, Stanford and Gansbaai. The Additional Court is situated at Harmony House on the western side of the Overstrand Municipality (Hermanus Administration) offices

Business hours will be from 08:00 to 13:00 and 13:45 to 15:00 on weekdays.

Fine payments must be accompanied by the fine issued and/or ID document of the offender.

A representation does not have to be completed on this form. A letter or email is sufficient. The forms/letters can be delivered to the traffic offices (fines department) or to the Additional Court for Municipal Matters in Harmony Lane in Hermanus during business hours (08:00 – 13:00 and 13:45 to 15:00)

Please attach relevant documentation when submitting the representation.

EFT PAYMENT OF NON-TRAFFIC VIOLATION FINES

Non-traffic violation fines may be paid in person, over the counter, or via EFT.

You may pay your non-traffic violation fine online into the Overstrand Municipality primary bank account. Please transfer the correct amount and use the full fine or summons number as reference. It is important that the correct details are entered when making EFT payments.
